We spent 14 glorious days in South Africa filming for a web series pilot in October 2016. Dawid de Wet is one of the tour guides at ToerBoer and his in depth knowledge of the area really gave us a deeper look at the country. No tourist traps or unethical shows – Dawid took us to real places to speak with people who know the real story of South Africa. We mud bathed a baby rhino, fed wild dogs, worked with local school kids, planted marula trees and so much more. Here is just a quick look at Dawid and some of the cool things he showed us.
