We create local films and TV shows to inspire, foster understanding and highlight stories worth sharing. Our dynamic team combines technical prowess, intuition and a lot of heart in every project.

Award Winning Documentaries

Real life is awesome. We make short docs for anyone with a compelling story to share. Some of our films have placed in international competitions and have won awards at local film festivals.

Television Series

Empty Cup has been making TV content for the Bell TV1 network since 2017. Shows like “Renaissance Man” and “Live from the Upstairs Basement” are all filmed in Durham Region and are being broadcast nation wide.

Short Films

Sometimes we just want to have fun and we write, shoot and edit a narrative film or a historical-fiction film.
